How to connect the MySQL Keyring plugin to AWS KMS services

I am trying to connect the MySQL Keyring plugin to activate the data at rest encryption for InnoDB.

On using AWS Key Management system, I cannot find the same thing for MySQL:

Do I need to build it from scratch?
