You need to be comfortable to learn new things. Learn programming. Learn economic Blockchain Engineering. Improve your problem solving skills. Adapting to situations and technology.

A Blockchain Quality Engineer is responsible to maintain the Quality of the Blockchain Application. So, you need to have a thorough understanding of various Blockchain concepts and their implementations. You need to be updated with various new developments and features of Blockchain. Quality Analysis, Report making, Communication Skills (to communicate with respective personnel to improve the quality). I think these are the important skills for a Blockchain Quality Engineer.
