I wanted to know what is the job of Hadoop tester and what should he have knowledge of?

Hadoop tester, like any other tester, has to find defects in the program and report it to the developer. He'll have to report the test cases to the developer. He has to have a knowledge the Testing framework, Java (to test MapReduce Programs) and basic knowledge of Hive, Pig, Spark etc.
