Hyperledger composer runtime install error card not found peerAdmin

Question

I run this command :

 composer runtime install --card PeerAdmin@hlfv1 --businessNetworkName tutorial-network

 I get an error

Error: Card not found: PeerAdmin@hlfv1

Can someone tell me how to solve this?

The right way to do it is:

downloadFabric.sh
startFabric.sh
createPeerAdminCard.sh

If you have already done the previous tutorial then now, only the last command should solve your problem.
