I want to move to Devops role

I am currently working as an Automation test engineer and my current CTC is 15+LPA. I want to move to devops. I have 2 questions:

  1. Will Edureka help me in job placements once the course is complete or do I have to search for jobs outside?
  2. Since I am already earning right now, do I again have to start as a fresher if I get a job from Edureka or will the companies match my current CTC?
