To establish an AWS IAM user:

Open the AWS Management Console and log in.
Get the IAM console open.
Go to Users, then select "Add user."
Choose the access type and enter the user's details.
Policies can be attached to set permissions.
Examine and establish the user.
Save the secret key and access key for programmatic access if necessary.
