How do I use text as reference in EXCEL

Question

How can I reference one text-based cell value in another text-based cell value?

I want to use Sachin in cell A1 of column B of the table below (which should change dynamically)

Column A	Column B
Sachin	My Name is Sachin(from A1)

Tried & for referencing

Didnt find the solution.

In cell B1 type the following formula ="My Name is "&A1

This will work if cell A1 = Sachin
