Why does Excel give me a NAME error when I open this CSV file

The CSV file consists of two lines: a header and a data line. Here it is in Excel and Notepad.

Continue the procedure after converting your text to columns until you have the option to specify the datatype for each column.

Go to the last column and select Text as the data type there.

If Excel automatically divides your CSV at the beginning, simply select the cell and remove the = symbol before the text because this is what causes it to act in this manner.
