Developing a Predictive models in Python

Question

Hi all

I have 15 inputs in the categories of a, b, and c and have two outputs x and y.  I want to develop a model which can predict the output for future inputs.

Can you please advise me on the general steps to be followed to obtain the predictive models in Python?
