Which IAM policy provides permissions to resolve issues with aws

Question

So I was having this problem with one small side project. I am using AWS to setup the infrastructure. The problem is that there were some problems coming up. For my projects, I need to get things working quickly. I need to get an idea of which IAM policy is best to resolve most issues for running my projects.
