How to open Settings of Android Phone on a button click in our Android App

My issue is that I want the Alert Dialog's "OK" button to open the phone's settings screen. This means that I have a dialogue in my app with the buttons Ok and Cancel, and I'd need to know how to make the OK button click open the phone's settings screen. Please provide me with the appropriate solution.
