accessing and downloading on demand resources iOS9

I am trying to implement new iOS9 feature app thinning, I understood how tag an image and enable on demand resource in Xcode 7 but I don't understand how to implement NSBundleResourceRequest in my app, can someone help me, that would greatly appreciated

Here is a method I have used in one of my projects. I think it is what you asked for, hope it helps you.

    NSString *bundleID = @"com.company.app.customkeyboard"; // Replace this string with your custom keyboard's bundle ID
    NSArray *keyboards = [[[NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults] dictionaryRepresentation] objectForKey:@"AppleKeyboards"]; // Array of all active keyboards
    for (NSString *keyboard in keyboards) {

            return YES;
    }

    return NO;
