Android Grid View Scroll Horizontally

Question

I'm working on a job that pulls images from the server and displays them in the application's GridView. There is up-and-down scrolling in this Grid view. However, I want to scroll this view in the same direction as the menu screen. Can you do that with grid view? Or, is there a more effective way to complete this? Please make this easier for me.
