HTML page on load should open a default phone dial screen with phone number

Question

I have example.com/phonecall as a URL.

When a user clicks on this link on a mobile device (Andriod or iPhone), the page should redirect to a phone dialer with the phone number 1-999-999-9999.

I'm not too concerned with the desktop experience.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
