How do I center this form in css

Everything has been tried. I'm having trouble centering this on the screen. I'm using Internet Explorer 9, but it happens in Chrome as well. It's only on the left side of the website.

You can try

form {
    margin-left: 25%;
    margin-right:25%;
    width: 50%;
}

Or

form {
    margin-left: 15%;
    margin-right:15%;
    width: 70%;
}
