Is there a way to download videos from YouTube Studio using NodeJS

After you've done a livestream, YouTube will process the video for a while before you can download it in YouTube Studio (download button is greyed out).

Is there a way to use the YouTube API v3 or something else to check if the video is downloadable on a regular basis and then download it using NodeJS?

Please keep in mind that this is not about stealing videos from others. I'd want to download a livestream from my own channel as soon as YouTube has finished processing it.
