Can we create single DevOps CI CD pipeline for both application and database deployment to Azure

Question

For the SQL database to have tables, procedures, and functions, I used ADO.net in my MVC core project. I want to have a single pipeline where I can define the sequencing of the deployment.
Is it possible? If yes how can I do it?
