Tableau Gantt bar coloring from specific date

Question

I'd want to make a Gantt Bar in Tableau with one colour for the area of each bar to the left of TODAY() and another colour for the area of each bar to the right of TODAY().

Do you have any suggestions?

It depends on how your Gantt chart is created, but creating a Calculated Field like this is usually the best way to go.

IF [Day] >= TODAY() THEN TRUE

ELSE FALSE

END

Drag and drop the Color square in the Marks panel as well.
