How to connect VPN Site to vHub on Azure vWAN

I am using Azure vWAN and secured vHub. I constructed a "onprem-site" VPN Site with a "onprem-link" link to an on-premise VPN system. The VPN tunnel was up and running. The VPN Site's connection to the vHub was lost today. (Note: I assume I erased the link by accident, but I'm not sure how that happened.)

I'd want to reconnect the VPN Site to the vHub again. What is the best way for me to do this task?
