Career Suggestion After a Huge Gap

Question

This is Mallem Theja,  I've been completed my total graduate Education on 2014 by completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 66.8% of Aggregate.

After That due to some family issues I'm not able to continue my studies either I'm willing to be also, After that started my career by learning Some computer skills like Auto CAD, CNC Operating, Ms Office, Ms Excel but none of these wouldn't work on it by ending up with an CNC operator in an spare parts manufacturing company for 9 months with the work even the SSC passed out also would be able to work on it.

I quit that job and gone for some Digital Marketing side There also I'm won't be succeed and wasted some months more than a year but i learnt some skills like Languages, life lessons, Surviving skills, Culture.

Came from that side I've been joined in an local store as a Salesman for 18 months gaining of very low salary but life is Good enough, after that got a Recommendation job on a Powerplant contract which is under AMC as a Junior Engineer.

Joined as a Junior Engineer That the Job was only Named Junior Engineer but I've to do all rounder work in Plant to Take the Attendance as a HR, Make bill as Accountant, Give tolls to Workmen as a Store Manager, finally to my work as to allot them a work as an Engineer. I would like to Continue but there is no growth and development and again afraid of wasting time over here also, on that time the contract was comes to end and they offered me to transfer but i don't want to be and I've been Resigned for the Job.

After That with savings I've planned to move abroad to work over there with my Skills and Consulted a Immigration office and They said i got Canada visa but after few weeks i realised that i was betrayed by them with loss of pretty much Money in the Middle of this process i won't sit on the home and waiting for it, I've been Joined in Uber as a Driver and earns some pocket money and some skill upsets after that I've been waiting for the confirmation from the Immigration office that can't be arrived till now and continued as a Driver partner for OLa and Uber, Middle of the journey the COVID-19 came and give brakes to all my Earnings and after that I've been again Joined in Uber And Ola on Aug'21 and Continuing the Journey till Now.

I Think There is only few were came to this part, Nothing to worry about it.

First I've to say Thanks to Those who've been Read the Whole Paragraph of my Life after Graduation.

I want to seek some Information From you either by Suggestions or Solutions.

I'm in very confusing state to choose what to do in my life.

Can i Restart My Studies now....?

Am i Eligible for Jobs with Long Gap of Experience....?

Am i Eligible to work in Abroad with my Skills...?

Can i Go Abroad for Studies with my Diploma Certificate with 7 years Gap...?
