How to download the report of the latest download details from the mysql database and I wanna send it to my manager on every Tuesday through the email and date should change dynamically.

you can use the Database package for connecting  to sql database and and run the query. 

And you must schedule the program to run every tuesday using Orchestrator and hence create the report with current date using DateTime func
