Push data from Jira to power BI

Hello, hope you are doing good, I'm looking for a solution to push real time data from Jira to power BI  so the user doesn't have to click on refresh button to update the existing dashboards. I Did some reading and testing on Power BI connector and Power Automate (with free trial) but I'm looking for another solution without cost if possible. The idea is auto push the data. Does anyone have any suggestions ?
