After getting a Full Stack Developer certification will I be eligible for a MS in engineering

I've done my B.com (Computers) This classmate of mine, he has been pursuing a Full Stack Developer certification from a reputed institute. So, it somewhat felt like I found a way. I love Business and Finance it interests me but my love for Software engineering wasn't less either.

Now I know you might be wondering why would I be going for this Certification in Product Engineering (Full stack developer)? Well that's because I wanted to pursue my Bachelors in Software Engineering since I was in 10th grade  but I've had abusive and strict parents who wanted me to be a Doctor instead. Here we get a career defining moment in our Senior high school like we have to choose if we want to take Biology Physics and Chemistry or Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry because all Grad schools here for an Engineering degree require that you learn Maths in your 11th and 12th grade. While I passed my 11th and 12th in a Science stream but couldn't get into Med school due to our financial situation since Dad passed away and I couldn't pass my NEET, I chose to go ahead with B.com (Computers) because only that field was going to get me somewhere since Finance interested me too and also I was somehow staying connected to Computers in a way since we also had Computers too.

About Bachelors in Computer sciences and B.ca, even thar required me to have a Mathematics in 11th and 12th grade.

But now after finishing my Degree in Commerce with a Minor in computers, I got this opportunity to study at this software certification school where they're going to train me and certify me with a degree in Product Engineering (Full stack development) regardless of my educational background but I wanted to know if someday there's scope for a guy without an Engineering degree like me after doing this Full Stack Developer course? Like can I get a Good job as well as can I do my Masters in Software Engineering someday with this? Or will I need some additional degree so that someday I would be able to get a MS software engineering in the US.
