Hyperledger Composer Error trying to instantiate composer runtime

Question

I am done with all npm install, download fabric, start fabric, create the project, composer runtime install all this work fine but when I am giving this command it is showing error

Command:

composer network start --PeerAdmin@hlfv1 --networkAdmin admin --networkAdminEnrollSecret adminpw --archieveFile tutorial-network@0.0.1.bna --file networkAdmin.card

Error: Invalid results returned:: NOT FOUND

If this message occurs in instantiating composer chaincode 

1. Check channel is created 
2. Check that Fabric channel is defined and peers have joined it

After this, you can start the business network and ping.
