Product or Service based company which one should I go for Business Development Executive with 18 months of work experience in Service- based company

I have 18 months of work experience as a business development executive in a service-based company. I have 5 offers in the hand of which 1 is a product-based MNC company and the rest are service-based. And all those service-based companies are giving higher package compare to Product one. Being into IT sales I do not have good technical knowledge which I wanted to improve. So, suggest to me which one should I go for.
