I want guidance for switiching company

Hi, I have been working as a Software Engineer in CMS for 2 years now. I have experience in Sharepoint Online, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and SPFx and a little bit of Sitecore. I want to switch company but I am confused whether to go with these technology or with ReactJs, Javascript etc. I am not that confident with my skills right now, so am confused whether to stay and practise on skillset or just switch ? Please guide me.
