How Schedule Starting and stopping Kubernetes cluster node pool on GCP using Scheduler

To save the cost I have need to turn off my GCP Kubernetes cluster at 9:30 PM IST every day Monday to Friday and it should automatically turn on the cluster(node pool) back to the same count at 9:30 AM IST Monday to Friday using corn expression,Can some one help.
