Does S3 support intra file movement from one account to the other

I am referring to movement of files from bucket on one account to the other bucket on other account

Is this possible without having to download stuff?

Set proper permission on your AWS Console and you should be able to do it.

With write permission available you may use AWS API to write to the destination bucket.

There are ready made solutions available

Bucket Explorer works on Mac and Windows and can copy across accounts too
