12 M Rolling avg for incomplete Quarter and year date parameter

How to calculate rolling 12 Month average when Quarter is incomplete.

If it's Jan 2020 then it should include only one month Jan 2020 and previous 11 months when Q1 quarter is selected instead of Jan,Feb , March and Previous 9 months.
