How to copy a User profile to non-admin user in Windows Server using Script

Dear all,

I have updated profiles for one user in Windows EC2 server on AWS Cloud. Now i would like to create Script to copying this user profile to newly added non-admin user. I dont have much knowledge in Windows based. Can any one help me to create a script to copying user profile to newly added user? It can be any script.
