Dallas-based management consulting and research firm, Everest Group, recently conducted a survey with eight Enterprises that have adopted Advanced Intelligent Automation, with the aim to assess the impact of IA on their businesses.

“Enterprises that are leading the way in adopting intelligent automation have important lessons to share with those that aspire to capitalize on IA solutions,” Everest Group Chief Research Guru Michel Janssen said in a media release.

According to the report, enterprises that have successfully adopted Intelligent Automation (IA), have experienced a hike of around 200% in their ROI. These insights have also indicated that enterprises have not only reported more than 60% cost savings but have also seen 67% improvement in operational metrics, with improvement in top-line, time-to-market, and customer and employee experience.

So, the companies who have successfully upgraded to IA are now building internal teams by importing more AI talent for leadership roles in addition to upskilling their current employees to understand the technology.

Mastercard Set to Open 1,500 Job Vacancies for its New Tech Campus at Dublin

US-based payment solution company, Mastercard is making a great investment in Dublin by opening a new technology campus. On 24th February 2020, the company made an announcement that it is planning to open 1,500 job vacancies in the next three to five years for its new technology campus in Leopardstown, Dublin, which will become one of its key global centres.

Ed McLaughlin, President of Mastercard Operations and Technology added, “Our new campus will help us continue to attract the best and brightest tech talent so that we stay at the forefront of emerging tech trends and are well-positioned to forge the future of digital commerce across the globe.”

In addition to this, the company is planning to grow its workforce across all levels with a focus in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, UI / UX, and other roles.

IT Entry-Level Hiring Set to See a Hike in Salaries

As per the recent data compiled by the brokerage firm, Emkay Global, India’s technology sector will increase its fresher hiring in the next Financial Year 2021 (Current Year 2020) as compared to the Finacial Year 2020 (Previous Year 2019). Furthermore, freshers are also likely to observe a steep rise in the salaries.

According to the report, India’s top IT service companies – TCS and Cognizant are expected to increase the salary for fresh graduates by around 30% and HCL Technologies is expected to nearly double its fresher intake in the financial year 2021.
