What is TDD?

TDD or Test-Driven Development aims to shorten the development cycles. It aims to ‘get something now and perfect it later’ approach. The typical process in TDD involves ‘RED-GREEN-REFACTOR’ cycle and is a part of the larger software design paradigm called ‘Extreme Programming’. Test-Driven Development requires tests to be written before code itself, which leads to a better code which is just enough to pass the tests.
